Sea Nettle Nowcast System Disclaimer

Nature of Sea Nettle Nowcast System Products:

The Sea Nettle Nowcast System has been created by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to provide information on the likelihood of encountering extent of sea nettles, a stinging jellyfish, in Chesapeake Bay. Nettle nowcasts are provided to the public via a website (http://coastwatch.noaa.gov/seanettles/) on a daily basis.
