For the daily files, the fields are: latitude, longitude, sea surface temperature (SST) in degrees Celsius, sea surface height anomaly (SSHA) in centimeters, mapping error, depths of 20degC (D20) and 26degC (D26) isotherms, ocean mixed layer depth (MLD), all in meters, and a satellite derived ocean heat content (OHC) in kJ/cm2. It runs once daily. OHC is mapped at 0.25 degree resolution with an accuracy within 10 to 15% of in situ data and a latency of 36 hours due to the receipt/processing required for the Sea Surface Height Anomaly data. The RADS data for each mission is updated with state of the art corrections for tides, atmospheric path delay, etc. Because they are all computed consistently between the various missions, this avoids the possibility of introducing biases and drifts because of the different implementation of the various corrections by different agencies. The goals of RADS are to provide a homogenous dataset of sea level anomalies, wave heights, and wind speeds, along with database selection and analysis tools.\n\ncdm_data_type = Grid\nVARIABLES (all of which use the dimensions [time][latitude][longitude]):\nsla (Sea Level Anomalies, m)\n | https://coastwatch.noaa.gov/erddap/metadata/fgdc/xml/noaacwBLENDEDsshDaily_fgdc.xml | https://coastwatch.noaa.gov/erddap/metadata/iso19115/xml/noaacwBLENDEDsshDaily_iso19115.xml | https://coastwatch.noaa.gov/erddap/info/noaacwBLENDEDsshDaily/index.htmlTable | https://coastwatch.noaa.gov/cw_html/SSH_SeaLevelAnomaly.html | https://coastwatch.noaa.gov/erddap/rss/noaacwBLENDEDsshDaily.rss | NOAA NESDIS CoastWatch | noaacwBLENDEDsshDaily |
