No ATMS TDR/SDR/GEO data format change in JPSS-4
All proxy data are converted from NOAA-21 ATMS on-orbit operational string TDR/SDR/GEO.
Science contents are identical to NOAA-21 ATMS data. Metadata have been updated from J02 to J04.
