Changes in Ocean Heat Content products

The Ocean Heat Content product produced by the Office of Satellite Products and Operations has been updated for cloud processing resulting in a change to the filename and underlying metadata.  

The filename changed:

from 
ohc_\w{2}QG\d{1}_\d{4}_\d{3}\.nc$ 
to 
OHC-<LOC>QG3_<v1r0>_blend_<sYYYYMMDDHHMMSSS>_<eYYYYMMDDHHMMSSS>_<cYYYYMMDDHHMMSSS>.nc  

The convention for specifying the start and stop time is different. The start and stop times used to specify a span of 24 hours but now to reflect the entire timespan of the altimetry input used to produce the product the start and stop times now span 14 days.

Stop time       2024-01-18T00:00:00Z    2024-01-22T23:59:59Z

Note that the single day of the old convention corresponds to the final day of the 14-day range of the new convention.  NOAA CoastWatch webpages and distribution points will be updated to reflect these changes.
